Instructions for use :
A. Cementation of Posts
– The post space must be prepared in accordance with the requirements of the respective root post.
– Bond the tooth using a Dual cure bonding agent (Fusion Bond Dc), self etch (5th generation bonding agent) or a etch and rinse (7th generation bonding agent) bonding agent.Use a paper tip to remove any excess bonding agent from the canal prior to the application of light( to prevent Canal blockage)
– Apply Fusion core Dc Flo to the prepared rootcanal space . When doing so keep the end of the tip constantly immersed in the material. Coat the post with Fusion core Dc Flo and lute it into the root canal space.
– Using a suitable lamp, apply light to the material for 20 seconds or Leave the material to harden for approx. 5:00 minutes. ( Chemical Cure )
B. For Core build-up
– Remove existing fillings and caries from the tooth selected for corebuild up
Isolate the tooth using a rubberdam.
– Bond the tooth using a self etch(5th generation bonding agent) or a etch and rinse (7th generation bonding agent) bonding agent
– Place a matrix around the prepared tooth and apply Fusion core Dc Flo directly into the cavity. Allow Fusion core Dc Flo to bond intraorally for approx. 5 minutes or expose to a suitable light curing unit for 20- 40 seconds based on the thickness of the composite layer
– If used, remove a matrix only once the material has hardened fully.
– Preparation should be modified as desired restoration form using standard preparation instruments The dispensed material shall not be placed back in container and the dose once applied and used shall not be reused.
Warnings :
- Contamination by saliva, blood or water should be avoided during these procedures. When using dental adhesives, contamination will compromise dentin bonding and may result in decreased longevity of the restoration.
- A rubber dam is recommended for all indications where contamination may be possible.
Precautions :
- Use of zinc oxide, eugenol containing materials must be avoided.
- If refrigerated, allow Fusion Core DC Flo, to reach room temperature before use.
Contraindications : Fusion Core DC Flo contains methacrylates, amines, peroxides and BHT. It should not be used in case of known hypersensitivity/allergies to any of these ingredients.
Storage Conditions : Store at temperature between 10°C (50°F) and 24°C (75°F). Close the cap carefully after use. Keep away from moisture. Shelf life not affected after opening if stored in a cool dry place.
Shelf Life : 2 years from the date of manufacturing.

Excellent Flowability Fusion Core DC Flo stands out for its exceptional flowability, making it easy to apply in core build-up procedures. The material flows smoothly into cavities and difficult-to-reach areas, ensuring complete coverage and excellent adaptation to the tooth structure. This feature simplifies the application process and reduces the risk of air pockets.

Dual Cure Technology The dual-cure capability of Fusion Core DC Flo is a significant advantage. It can be cured with both light and chemical activation, providing flexibility in various clinical situations. This is particularly useful for deeper restorations where light penetration may be limited, ensuring a strong and reliable bond every time.
