Instructions for Use :

For border extensions on impression trays :

  1. Remove the flange and tissue contact surface from the denture to a depth of 2-3 mm using steel burs or abrasive points.
  2. Soften the material over soft ame and cover the relieved surface of the denture with HIFLEX GREEN STICKS.
  3. Place the softened material on the impression tray and again soften it by passing through hot water at (45 ºC / 113 ºF). Insert the prepared tray in mouth with arm and even pressure, hold for 2 min.
  4. Instruct the patient to perform muscle trimming movements.
  5. Trim the excess material & apply adhesive to prepare the tray for final impression.

For Rebasing Procedure : The denture should be retained in the mouth for 1 day to allow a truly functional impression to be formed under normal chewing conditions.

Note : Advice the patient to avoid hot drinks during this period.

Contraindications : In rare cases the product may cause sensitivity to some patients. If such reactions are experienced, discontinue the use of the product and refer to a physician.

Notes :

  1. HIFLEX GREEN STICKS has a fast colour, no taste, no smell and is non-irritating to the patients’s mouth.
  2. To avoid green sticks becoming too sticky do not overheat.
  3. If HIFLEX GREEN STICKS adhere to the denture, let it set hard and remove with laboratory bur and hand instruments. Remove residual traces using solvents.

Storage : Store at temperature between 10°C to 24°C. Close the cap carefully after use. Keep away from moisture. Shelf life is not affected after opening if stored in a cool dry place.

Shelf life : 3 years from the date of manufacturing.
